The name of the game to maintaining good health is to get rid of the toxic build-up within. Here’s a simple yet very effective way to help your kiddo release anger, frustration, sadness and more.
When it’s bedtime and you tuck him/her in, sit beside and ask: “Please tell me first about the bad things that happened to you or you felt through the day and then tell me about the good things that happened, ok? While you tell me I’ll gently tap on you!”
Then, while they tell you everything that happened you gently tap on the points you see in the picture or just hold the points gently or even kiss them!

The first month of the year is almost over and how are you doing with your New Year’s resolutions? Are you still going strong or have already given up?
Why is it so hard to keep resolutions? It all has to do with with our conscious and subconscious mind. Do you know that your mind is like an iceberg? What we mean by that is that your conscious mind, the part you have conscious control over is like the tip of the iceberg sticking out of the water. Your subconscious mind is the part of the iceberg that you can’t see, just below the waterline. Now looking at the size difference, which level of your consciousness do you think is in charge? Yup, you guessed right: the subconscious mind. So what does that mean for your New Year’s resolutions? You can consciously make decisions and declare that you are ready and willing to implement a certain change and then fully believe that you will achieve it. The snag in the whole scenario is cognitive congruence. Cognitive congruence means there is conflict between what you desire consciously and what you hold to be true subconsciously. This is the reason why most resolutions fail. When it comes to resolutions the subconscious mind will always win. Like the iceberg the subconscious is far greater and is always operating under the surface (without your conscious awareness).
The reason resolutions fail is because you are accessing memories embedded in the subconscious mind. The good news is memories can be altered with a simple technique that has been used for over 5000 years. We have taken it off the shelf and dusted off for you to start using right away. This technique is called Reboot Tapping and it is based on the same principles as traditional Chinese acupuncture.
With this technique the key is to openly state your resolution to yourself. Notice how stating the resolution out loud makes you feel. The feelings are what you are looking for. Because when you feel your statement you are connected to the subconscious mind where you will find all the limiting beliefs and reasons why you can’t be successful (i.e. you have tried this before, you will never succeed, you’re a loser). This is the golden moment for this technique. What is surrogate tapping? Surrogate tapping is when you tap on behalf of another, that can be an adult, a child or an animal. The reason this works is because you can consciously engage the mechanism to influence each others energy. If for whatever reason, your intention is to influence someone else negatively it will backfire. You will very quickly realize that you are the one who is being negatively influenced the most, so this is not a good idea.

You are on an airplane and a child is crying. It makes you feel uncomfortable. Focus on how that uncomfortable feeling is manifesting in your body and tap on it until it is gone. You will then notice that as you calm down so will the child.
If you have a pet that has a behavior problem or illness, you focus on how that makes you feel and where you feel it in your body. Rate the intensity and tap and keep on tapping until the intensity is down to zero.
Relationships are a big factor in holiday stress. The traditional ways of dealing with this stress are: avoid known triggers, don’t expect miracles, use relaxation techniques and avoiding ‘self-medicating’.
Most of the common holiday problems are emotionally focused and memory centered. This is good news, because you can do something about it. How You Experience a Problem
An event or a thought triggers the brain to make a feeling or sensation real to the body. You know that you are experiencing a problem because you feel it in your body, typically in your organs.
A memory or something you are actually experiencing triggers your six senses (sight, smell, taste, touch, hearing and intuition) and brings it to the attention of your brain. Then your brain starts to make it real to your body by telling the

And that’s how you know you have a problem.
Origin of a Problem
All problems stem from your memories. Without memories you would not be able to identify anything as being a problem. You know we are experiencing a problem, because you feel it. Your feelings are your personal indicators that a problem is present. From this perspective all problems are nothing more than triggered memory causing feelings and sensations in your body.
time travel
Reboot Tapping is an emotionally focused and memory centered technique that gets to the root causes of why you have problems. A memory is like time travel, going back in time. You are triggered into time travel by your immediate environment. It is like going ‘back to the future’. In your mind you go back in time to access a memory and then you take that memory back to the present. What Is Mental Time Travel?
In your brain you can go back to any point that you can remember in your life and if you don’t remember you can always go back to a feeling.
The body does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. So for example: if you think of what your boss did to you last week, you are literally going back in time. Then when you feel it, you know you brought it back to the present (your body catches up with that time travel and begins to feel it). Now you have taken the past and have brought it to the present. And you know that you have because you feel it. So from that perspective we are all time travelers and we do it on a daily basis.
Summing It Up
