Bill’s Rant

One nice Sunday, Bill decided to put all his thoughts together and created this video about how he sees things regarding health.

The name of the game to maintaining good health is to get rid of the toxic build-up within. When you do this the brain fog will disappear and your entire body will become a receiver and transmitter of information that will project humanity to a higher level of consciousness. Things like Yoga and Meditation are excellent stepping stones to get to the higher consciousness.

Chronic dehydration is one of the main causes of sickness and disease. Conventional medicine will treat chronic dehydration and its symptoms (which are many) with pharmaceuticals. From the perspective of “you are not sick, you are thirsty … stop treating dehydration with medication” you will find that something as simple as a glass of water can cause a lot of symptoms to disappear. After all we are over 70% water.

Enjoy the video!

New Years Resolutions Still Holding?

The first month of the year is almost over and how are you doing with your New Year’s resolutions? Are you still going strong or have already given up?

icebergWhy is it so hard to keep resolutions? It all has to do with with our conscious and subconscious mind. Do you know that your mind is like an iceberg? What we mean by that is that your conscious mind, the part you have conscious control over is like the tip of the iceberg sticking out of the water. Your subconscious mind is the part of the iceberg that you can’t see, just below the waterline. Now looking at the size difference, which level of your consciousness do you think is in charge? Yup, you guessed right: the subconscious mind. So what does that mean for your New Year’s resolutions? You can consciously make decisions and declare that you are ready and willing to implement a certain change and then fully believe that you will achieve it. The snag in the whole scenario is cognitive congruence. Cognitive congruence means there is conflict between what you desire consciously and what you hold to be true subconsciously. This is the reason why most resolutions fail. When it comes to resolutions the subconscious mind will always win. Like the iceberg the subconscious is far greater and is always operating under the surface (without your conscious awareness).

The reason resolutions fail is because you are accessing memories embedded in the subconscious mind. The good news is memories can be altered with a simple technique that has been used for over 5000 years. We have taken it off the shelf and dusted off for you to start using right away. This technique is called Reboot Tapping and it is based on the same principles as traditional Chinese acupuncture.

With this technique the key is to openly state your resolution to yourself. Notice how stating the resolution out loud makes you feel. The feelings are what you are looking for. Because when you feel your statement you are connected to the subconscious mind where you will find all the limiting beliefs and reasons why you can’t be successful (i.e. you have tried this before, you will never succeed, you’re a loser). This is the golden moment for this technique. Tapping changes the way you feel about the statement and by changing the way you feel about the statement you are changing the way you feel about the memories you are accessing. If you change the way you feel, you change your perceptions and if you change your perceptions the way you see the world will change and this included your resolutions.

Feeling is believing. You got to give this a try today!

Nosebleed – Louise Hay – MTT

Nosebleed[/caption]

I have noticed that during the winter months nosebleeds happen more easily than in the summer months. That sent me to Louise Hay’s book ‘You can heal yourself’ to see what she had to say about it and what I found was very interesting. So my next step was to explore why we have nosebleeds. I would like to tie this now all together with Meridian Tapping.

I found the following information at MedicineNet:

Nosebleeds can occur spontaneously when the nasal membranes dry out and crack. This is common in dry climates, or during the winter months when the air is dry and warm from household heaters. Also people are more susceptible to bleeding if they are taking medications which prevent normal blood clotting.

This is what Louise Hay says about the nose and nosebleeds:

Nose Probable Cause:
Self-recognition

Nose New Thought Pattern:
I recognize my own intuitive ability

Nosebleeds Probable Cause:
A need for recognition. Feeling unrecognized and unnoticed. Crying for love

Nosebleeds New Thought Pattern:
I love and approve of myself. I recognize my own true worth. I am wonderful.

Yes, nosebleeds can be caused by climatic conditions, but they can also have emotional causes. I always find it best to take care of both. First by increasing the humidity and second by tapping. For the tapping I find Louise Hay very helpful.  I use the probable cause text for the setup while tapping on the Karate Chop point, then go through all the new thought patterns on the tapping points. Here is how I tap for my nosebleeds.

Karate Chop: • Even though I have a need for recognition and feel unrecognized and unnoticed, and I am crying for love, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
• Even though I have a need for recognition and feel unrecognized and unnoticed, and I am crying for love, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
• Even though I have a need for recognition and feel unrecognized and unnoticed, and I am crying for love, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Top of Head: I love and approve of myself
Inside Eyebrow: I recognize my own true worth
Side of Eye: I am wonderful
Under Eye: I recognize my own intuitive ability
Under Nose: I love and approve of myself
Chin: I recognize my own true worth
Collar Bone: I am wonderful
Under Arm: I recognize my own intuitive ability

When you worked with this script while you had a nosebleed

a: did it stop and
b: how do you feel now?

We would love to hear from you and look forward to reading your comments.

How to Plant Your Garden

I came across this at www.eft-tap.com (source: unknown) and loved the puns. I could totally relate to it.

First, you come to the garden alone, while the dew is still on the roses…

garden

my garden - squash gossip

For the garden of your daily living, plant three rows of peas:

Peace of mind
Peace of heart
Peace of soul

Plant four rows of squash:

Squash gossip
Squash indifference
Squash grumbling
Squash selfishness

Plant four rows of lettuce:

Lettuce be faithful
Lettuce be kind
Lettuce be patient
Lettuce really love one another

No garden is without turnips:

Turnip for meetings
Turnip for service
Turnip to help one another

To conclude our garden we must have thyme:

Thyme for each other
Thyme for family
Thyme for friends

Water freely with patience and cultivate with love.
There is much fruit in your garden because you reap what you sow.

Stop Acting Like a Baby!

baby cryingWhen we engage our environment we typically are doing so through the conscious mind with injections of what we believe to be true from the sub conscious mind.

Out of our total consciousness only 5% is the conscious mind and the other 95% is the subconscious mind. Consciously we are not aware of the inserts that our sub conscious serves up. A large portion of the things that we hold true, subconsciously, are imprinted at a very early age (0-6 years). This is why some people are perceived as acting like babies. This is nothing more that an event triggering an outdated response. Like a computer we must update the software.
