What is surrogate tapping? Surrogate tapping is when you tap on behalf of another, that can be an adult, a child or an animal. The reason this works is because you can consciously engage the mechanism to influence each others energy. If for whatever reason, your intention is to influence someone else negatively it will backfire. You will very quickly realize that you are the one who is being negatively influenced the most, so this is not a good idea.
As Reboot Tapping is an emotionally focused and memory centered tapping technique it makes surrogate tapping very easy to use. You don’t have to put yourself in the other person’s body to figure out what the problem is. All you have to do is is focus on how the person, child or animal is making you feel. Focus on how you know that you know, that means where in your body do you feel it. Rate the intensity and keep on tapping until this intensity is down to zero.

Here are a couple of examples for surrogate tapping:
- You are on an airplane and a child is crying. It makes you feel uncomfortable. Focus on how that uncomfortable feeling is manifesting in your body and tap on it until it is gone. You will then notice that as you calm down so will the child.
- If you have a pet that has a behavior problem or illness, you focus on how that makes you feel and where you feel it in your body. Rate the intensity and tap and keep on tapping until the intensity is down to zero.

marliesRecovery jet lag, travel

Travel
With summer just around the corner traveling is on many peoples’ minds. Regardless of your mode of travel, traveling is stressful.
Flying across time zones creates jet lag, and any business traveler is well aware of this. In addition, traveling on an airplane can cause you to get dehydrated. You are exposed to many people in a small place and the noise of the airplane engines. You get fatigued just from the change in your routine, and once you arrive at your destination you have to adjust to the new surroundings, possible altitude changes and weather changes.
Most of the time, we just take the first day after arriving at our destination to adjust by taking it easy. If you’re a business traveler you often don’t have that luxury, so what can you do? You can look into taking some homeopathic remedy for jet lag, but that does not address all the other issues. The good news is there is a technique that is easy to learn and does address all the issues.
Yes, it is Meridian Tapping Techniques (EFT). Tapping is not designed to replace anything you are already doing in your life. You use it as an addition to good nutrition, chiropractic, naturopathic and modern medical care. In fact, MTT compliments any other modality that is already adding to your health, well-being and life.
We are pleased to be able to offer you this valuable and helpful eBook that will address ‘Travel Recovery’ and all the associated issues. The tapping protocols will be included as mp3 files that you can listen to on your iPod or MP3 player.

Don’t forget to check out all the other eBooks by Stacey Vornbrock.
